RON E. QUIDEP is the managing director and CEO of TravLink Employment Consulting and Travel Ltd, Canada, TravLink Visas Financial Consultancy Services and TravLink Micro Finance, Philippines which caters to travel services, staffing and employment needs, a certified travel agent and also a licensed employment company that extends aid in the staffing of local employers, as well as employment seekers in and outside Canada. He started low and simple as a conscientious and industrious working student, juggling employment and education through his college life. This predicament served as a stepping stone for him to obtain meritorious academic accomplishments as he graduated from Ligao Community College, Philippines earning a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Taxation and Management. Pursuing further studies, he eventually obtained his diploma degree as Immigration Consultant /Laws and Regulations at Ashton College Vancouver in August 2017 and as Citizenship Immigration Officer at Legal Professional Educational College in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada.
Mr. Quidep started building connections with Expedia Cruises and he became a member of the Cruise Lines International; Association CLIN (Official Credential of the Global Cruise Industry). He partnered with 1st Dynamic Personnel. Philippines and partner Agency of Colleges and Universities in Canada in helping international students. These milestones gained him the reputation of being one of the most promising entrepreneurs in the travel business.
On June 6, 2020, the establishment of TravLink Employment Consulting and Travel, Ltd. took place in Vancouver, Canada. In November 2022, the company expanded its operations by launching a branch office in the Philippines, which operates under the name TravLink Visas Financial Consultancy Services. Furthermore, the initiation of TravLink Micro Finance was announced, comprising three branches located in Ligao City, Tabaco City, and Daraga, Albay, Philippines. This entity is recognized as a leader in the sectors of travel, financing, bill payment, and money transfer services.
These bold and brave moves created ripples and waves of achievements and accomplishments for the company CEO and itself. To name a few.
Being at the pinnacle of success is not an overnight plight. Prior to the birth of Travlink Employment Consulting and Travel Ltd, he worked in Canada as a visa and passport officer, farmer, food counter attendant, kitchen helper, machine operator and cook in hotels and restaurants. There were innumerable ups and downs, countless twists and turns and a myriad of decisions and actions that made Mr. Ron Quidep who is now. He toiled in humility; hoped in sacrifice and aimed at victory. His unique employment experiences and vast life lessons inspired him to establish a competitive travel and employment industry firm.
